This Privacy Policy explains how Hexis Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by ESCO Enterprises, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our client portal (“My Hexis”) on hexis.studio and our mobile application (“Hexis”) (together, the “Services”).

- Assessment information: responses you provide in our health, fitness, and wellness assessment forms, including information about your health history, symptoms, goals, measurements, and lifestyle.

- Files you upload: documents you choose to share with us, such as lab results, referrals, imaging, or identification.
- Communications: messages you send to us through the portal or app.
- Booking details: information you provide when scheduling a consultation or visit.

We use your information to provide, personalize, and deliver our assessment, testing, and coaching services; create and manage your client account and records; schedule consultations and visits; communicate with you about your assessments, results, documents, and appointments; send you notifications by email and, with your permission, push notifications; maintain accurate records and comply with legal and safety obligations; and improve and secure our Services.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: (a) with service providers who help us operate the Services — for example, our website hosting provider, our email delivery provider, Google services we use to store records and schedule appointments, and the training platform (Everfit) we use to deliver coaching — and only as needed to provide the Services; and (b) when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
4. Notifications
With your consent, we send push and email notifications about new messages, results, documents to review, and appointment reminders. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings or by contacting us.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information as described below.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request — including a request to delete your account and data — contact us at daniel@escoenterprises.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
